Lee County and me, Ronald Wolchesky, Realtor

Lee County and me, Ronald Wolchesky, Realtor

Hi! I am Ronald Wolchesky, also known as " Realtor Ron W" your Real Estate Coach, Consultant agent, living in southwest Florida specifically Lee County, the Greater Fort Myers, Cape Coral Area. I use this name because this what I do. I am full-time REALTOR®; who coach and guild, buyers, sellers and even investors, all day, every day full time, 365 / seven days a week.

I am also both a Short Sales Foreclosure Resource Realtor®(SFR) and Broker Price Opinion Certified (BPOR). In good-standing with the Associations of the Greater Fort Myers and the Beach Board of REALTORs®.

My BBPO allows me to be called upon by banks and mortgage companies to assist them in reaching prices on properties they want to place on the market. It also allows investors, to call upon me, to update their portfolio of properties to current market value.

My SFR allows me to help those having mortgage payment problems and find their home worth less than the amount they have to pay off. Please allow me to help. I work with lawyers that can help with your situation. There usually no direct charges for this service.

I live in North Fort Myers making it easy for me to service most of Lee County: Cape Coral is just west of me, Alva, Lehigh Acres East, and Fort Myers, Estero, south.

My Sites covers all aspects of real estate as well as places of interests, current events, informing you about Lee County growth and planned expansion and promising future.

Lee County is a great place to live.
Raise a family.
Start a business.
And even retire in.

Downtown Fort Myers is redeveloping itself, and presently in their redeveloping stages, just recently completing one of four. This area has always been an area for activities. With the completion of the new development, the area will be even that more attractive to all kinds of events, activities, plays, movies, and tons or eateries.

Cape Coral seems to many as the "darling" of the County. Past years encouraging articles has given the favorable city views. Cape Coral, Fort Myers has gotten rated among the top places to live in the United States. It boasts having miles of waterways, more than any place found. Cape Coral is still growing. There a lot of opportunities here. It also recently completed a State of the Art Veteran Clinic, which is satellite medical facilities that serve the Veteran Hospital in Bay Pines, Sarasota area, just about an hour and a half away. The clinic provides daily trips, to and from services medical services it cannot provide, or will outsource it to the area excellent health facilities. Lee County Hospital provides excellent services, among many others.

Lehigh Acres is called the "wild west" of the county. However, it is in the eastern section. Wild because policing and fire departments presence are scarce compared to other parts of Lee County. Housing is built more distance apart. Lee County growth is quickly changing all this. Lehigh County could be an excellent choice for home pricing has the tendency to be less expensive as other areas of the County.

Estero and Bonita Springs is south of me .This area is quickly growing as is all of Lee County. It is seeing more families moving here, for new schools are being built to provide for this growth. It was once a place for visitors to stay and enjoy the area beautiful beaches, excellent weather, tremendous fishing, golfing, camping, boating activities as well as large varieties of eateries, and cultural events.

My objective is to help you to succeed and reach your goals and Dreams; Save you money; save you time. Get a real return on your investments. So do not hesitate in becoming part of my team, our team, make your real estate experience easier and less stressful.

Thank You.
